The P.L.A.N. members' meetings are now scheduled for every other month at the Alexander Farms (subdivision) clubhouse off Barrett Pkwy. (about a mile south of the Dallas Hwy./Barrett intersection) in west Cobb County (see map below). Please note that if a major rezoning/issue comes up on an off-month, a Calling Post message will be sent out to inform the P.L.A.N. members. Each meeting generally starts at 7 p.m., and depending on the matters at hand, may run from 1-2 hours. Meetings are generally scheduled for the last Thursday of each month that they are held. In general, the meetings have the following draft agenda:

1. Pertinent Introductions
2. Unclosed or Carryover Business
3. Follow-Up of Previous Cases/Issues
4. New Business (Rezonings, Applicable Issues)
5. Brainstorm of Strategies & Actions
6. Decisions on Resources, Ownership, & Next Steps
7. Summary & Close
