As such, it's required to be reviewed by a number of intergovernmental agencies, such as the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA). North side of Dallas Highway, west of Old Hamilton Road and east of Bob Fleming Road in Land Lots 313 and 334 of the 20th District.

458,000 square feet – Banks at 2,564 square feet per acre. Retail Shopping at 8,871 square feet per acre. Restaurants at 2,535 square feet per acre. Office Buildings at 6,081 square feet per acre.

140 – Single Family Homes at 0.95 units per acre. Attached Condominiums at 3.7 units per acre. Attached Townhomes at 7 units per acre.

Total Parking Spaces

Approximately 2000 for non residential uses

County adopted future land use for property

Small office building within historic Bullard House. Remainder of the property recommended for Very Low Density Residential Use, 0-2 units per acre. Potential buildout of 220 houses (110 acres x 2)

Environmental Features

No floodplain. One stream on property. Wetlands also present on property.

Proposed Improvements

Bob Fleming Road to be improved to 4-12 foot lanes, 96 foot right of way. Old Hamilton Road to be improved with an accel/decal lane
