P.L.A.N. membership includes the following items/benefits:

1. P.L.A.N. eNewsletter (As needed)
2. Early warning system for rezonings and potential negative Quality-of-Life impacts
3. Calling Post for issues as referred to in two (2) above
4. Inclusion into a strong homeowner coalition/group
5. Association and benefit of P.L.A.N. influence and relationships

The annual cost of membership in P.L.A.N. is the following:

1. Individual: $10
2. Family: $20
3. Homeowner Assoc./Subdivision Membership (< 100 homes): $50
4. Homeowner Assoc./Subdivision Membership (> 100 homes): $100

P.L.A.N. Membership Form*: if you want to just download the form without opening it up (it is 2 pages: 1st page is the application; 2nd page is the mission statement and by-laws), right-click on the Membership Form link and select "Save Target As ... " and then save to a folder on your hard drive.
